焊接电弧信息测试分析系统

Welding arc information acquisition and analysis system

  • 摘要: 以焊接电流、电弧电压、电弧光谱为信息源,开发了一套可进行信号采集、信号处理、信息提取的焊接电弧信息测试分析系统,并可实现同步高速摄影。研制的电弧电压、焊接电流传感器具有良好的强弱电隔离性能,良好的输出信号品质,很好地保护了采集卡及计算机。设计的电弧光谱传感器信噪比高,可得到品质良好的电弧光谱信号。基于Visualbasic语言开发的软件系统可采集多路焊接电弧信号,并可对采集的信号进行瞬时分析和统计分析,以提取有价值的焊接信息。

     

    Abstract: Taking the welding current,arc voltage and arc spectrum as the information source,this paper designed a welding arc information measuring and processing system which can deal with data acquisition,signal processing,information extracting and sync high-speed photography.The welding current sensor and arc voltage sensor developed here can isolate heavy-current and weak-current which can protect data acquisition board and computer against heavy-current effectively and have good quality output signal.The arc spectral sensor designed in this paper can attain higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR),and then results in better quality arc spectral signal.In terms of Visual Basic,the software can collect multichannel welding arc signal,then analyze them instantly and statistically in order to extract more valuable information.
