焊接电弧熔滴过渡特征光谱窗口的选择

  • 摘要: 焊接电弧光谱是一个丰富的信息源,电弧中各种变化都能在电弧光谱中得到体现,不同波段不同谱线的电弧光谱所包含的信息各不相同。熔滴过渡过程直接导致电弧空间粒子浓度和分布的变化,检测相应的电弧光谱就能检测喷射过渡电弧的熔滴过渡。文中介绍了熔化极电弧光谱分布特征,分析了窗口光谱辐射理论,提出了焊接电弧熔滴过渡特征光谱窗口的选择原则,并在此原则指导下选取了特征光谱窗口,对熔滴过渡过程进行检测和控制。试验证明,这种特征窗口光谱信息能够像光谱仪谱线信息一样很灵敏地反映熔滴喷射过渡过程,可以利用该信号进行熔滴过渡闭环精确控制。文中的熔滴过渡信息的检测和控制都取得了非常好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Welding arc spectrur reflects all sorts of variation of the arc.Different spectrum band and different spectral line of spectrum contain different information.Droplet transfer directly leads to the variation of particle density and distribution of the arc.Terefore,detecting the intensity variation of correspond spectrum can detect the droplet transfer in welding arc.A general map of spectral line distribution characteristic is described in this paper.On the bases of analyzing of spectrum window radiation theories,the principle of spectrum window selection is put forward.According to the principle of selecting a specific spectrum window of droplet transfer mentioned above,a specific spectral window is selected and is used to detect and control droplet transfer on line.Experiment results show that the specific spectral signal from the spectrum window can reflect droplet transfer as sensitive as the signal of spectral ling from spectral meter.The droplet transfer detection and loop control with the specific window spectrum has achieved great success.
