焊接电弧光谱信息的基本理论和基本方法

Basic Theory and Method of Welding Arc Spectrum Informatin

  • 摘要: 电弧光谱信息是继电弧电信息后的一种新兴的信息源,对发展焊接过程自动控制技术有重要意义。有关它的基本理论和基本的测控方法对阐明和应用电弧光谱信息技术有重要作用。利用等离子体物理学和光谱学的现有理论,组织起包括12个物理方程的方程组,作为电弧光谱信息的基本理论。对基本理论的12个方程进行分析,得出了电弧光谱信息是电弧状态和状态变化的反映,它是反映电弧过程的最丰富的信息源的基本观点。从已建立的基本理论还可以得出电弧光谱信息测控的基本原理和基本方法,并指出了测试方法的应用方向。

     

    Abstract: Arc spectrum information is a rising information source after arc electric information.It has important significance in developing automatic control technique of welding process.Its basic theory and method play an important role in expounding and applying arc spectrum information.This paper sets up a system of equations including 12 equations using existed plasma physics theory and spectrum theory,which play a role of basic theory of arc spectrum information.A basic view of arc spectrum information that arc spectrum information is a reflection of arc state and abundant information resource was drawn through analyzing the 12 equations.From the basic theory,basic methods of measurement and control also can be drawn.The application direction of basic methods of measurement and control be pointed out.
