TiNi形状记忆合金精密脉冲电阻对焊接头相变温度的变化规律

Study on of Phase Transformation Temperatures of TiNi Shape Memory Alloys Welded Joints by Precise Pulse Resistance Butt-Welding

  • 摘要: 通过示差热分析(DSC)和X射线衍射等分析手段,研究了焊接热量、焊接压力、随机热处理等焊接参数以及焊后热循环对焊接接头相变温度的影响,并总结了其影响规律:焊接热量和焊接压力对焊接接头相变温度的影响较小,AsAf区间基本保持不变;焊后随机热处理对焊接接头相变温度有一定的影响,AsAf均随热处理时间的增加而提高;焊后冷热循环对焊接接头的相变过程和相变温度具有重要的影响,因而实施焊后接头热循环工艺过程是必要的。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the effects of welding heat,welding press,subsequent heat treatment and cool heat recycles on the phase transformation temperature of the TiNi shape memory alloys welded joints by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction.It can be conduded that.both welding heat and welding press has no great effect on the phase transformation temperatures,and the range between As and Af varies little with changed welding heat and press; subsequent heat treatment has a certain effect on it and the values of As and Af raise with heat treatment time in creasing; while cool-heat recycles have a great effect on phase transformation temperature and its process.As a result,it is necessary to carry out heat cycles process after welding.
