双层陶瓷复合材料与钢钎焊接头界面的微观组织结构

Microstructure of Brazed Joint of Bilayer Ceramic Composite and Steel

  • 摘要: 用自研制双层陶瓷复合材料与钢进行了大气中钎焊连接。采用声学显微镜、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等测试手段对双层陶瓷复合材料的声显微结构及钎焊接头的微观组织及形态、特征点的化学成分等进行了研究。结果显示,双层陶瓷复合材料与钢钎焊连接后的多层复合结构接头的三个界面均达到较好的结合。这为陶瓷/金属接头提供了一种新的连接途径。

     

    Abstract: Brazing bilayer ceramic composite fabricated by anthors with steel in the air have been investigated.The ultrasonic microstructure of bilayer ceramic composite,the microstructure and pattern of the brazed joint and the composite of the charactrestic points have been studied by ultrasonic microscope,optical microscope,SEM and energy spectrum analysis etc.It is concluded that after brazing bilayer ceramic composite with steel the three interfaces of the form multiplayer composite structure have been jointed well,which gives a new method for brazing ceramic with metal.
