一种焊缝缺陷自动超声检测系统

A Research on Automatic Ultrasonic Inspection System for Weld Flaw UU

  • 摘要: 给出了一种四通道焊缝缺陷自动超声检测系统HAUT-1的设计、实现方法。HAUT-1由磁吸附爬行器、扫查臂、耦合剂自动输入系统、电机控制器、超声波发射、接收电路、高速数据采集电路、焊缝自动跟踪系统及控制计算机组成,可应用于厚度为10~100mm的平板、压力管道和压力容器筒体纵、环焊缝缺陷的自动检测。对HAUT-1的功能进行了介绍,给出了其主要技术指标,并对系统的构成,焊缝缺陷的自动检测方法及焊缝自动跟踪算法进行了分析与讨论。在φ1600mm,厚45mm的具有预埋缺陷的试件上和φ1800mm,厚100mm的锅炉汽包窄间隙环焊缝上的检验结果表明,HAUT-1的检测结果与手工检测结果相同,并具有较好的检验精度、重复性及缺陷图像处理功能。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,we presented a method of design and implement of an automatic ultrasonic inspection system HAUT-l for with flaw with four channels. The configuration of HAUT-l includes magnetic wheel, ultrasonic scanner,water couplant pump,motor controller, ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, high-speed data collection circuition welding tracing device and portable industrial computer. HAUT-1 can be applied to inspect the flaws of 10~1 00 mm-depth armor plate,huge sphere tank and conduit pipe. Moreover, the performance of HAUT-l,the method of automatic inspection and the algorithm of tracking weld were analysed and discussed further. And experimentation on welding φ1 600-specimen and φ1 800-boiler drum showed that HAUT-l has eximious performance in the precision of inspection,the reproducibility and the image manipulation of the flaw.
