基于线结构光多道焊跟踪系统图像处理

Research on the Image Processing of Multi-pass Seam Based on Line Structure Light

  • 摘要: 由于在焊接过程中电弧闪烁、焊接飞溅和烟尘等干扰噪声非常强,成为结构光图像处理的一个关键问题。根据飞溅速度急快的特点,提出了多幅图像进行"与"操作的有效方法;采用组合滤波的方法来消除电弧光的干扰。此外,根据线结构光光带带宽恒定和连续的特点,采取了LOG滤波和图像分割滤波的有效手段。经实际焊接跟踪证实,该方法的效果很好。

     

    Abstract: Arc light and splash,which have great influence on images,become key problems in image processing. According to the high speed of splash, effective methods, which reduce the disturbance of arc light through multi-images processing with AND operation and combining filter glasses, are represented in this paper. Moreover, because the width of laser strip is constant,and the laser strip is continuous,LOG filter and image segment filter are proved to be very effective. Scam tracking experiments show that all methods described above work very well.
