基于有限元的多次补焊焊接残余应力的数值模拟

The Numeric Simulation of Weld Residual Stress of Several Weld-Repaired Based on Finite Element

  • 摘要: 应用有限元方法建立了补焊温度场的数学模型,并对温度场进行一定的简化。焊接应力分为热应力和组织应力两部分,分别给出了热应力和组织应力的计算模型。利用ANSYS有限元软件以BHW35钢补焊为例进行数值模拟,给出了有限元的实现过程。并分别给出了一次、三次、五次补焊的模拟结果。并将计算模拟值与实际测量数值比较。计算结果和实际测量数值基本吻合。并根据应力分布情况,得到一些结论,焊缝中心的残余应力变化不大;热影响区存在较高的残余拉应力,且同一位置,随修复次数的增加,应力值逐步提高;残余拉应力区宽度变大。文中还给出了焊后热处理后的应力大小情况,以证明焊后热处理能改善应力分布。

     

    Abstract: Using the finite element method,a model of temperature field of weld repaired,which is simplified,is established in the paper.The weld stress consists of thermal stress and organization stress.Models of the thermal stress and organization stress are describled. ANSYS,a software of finite element,is applied to calculate and simulate the stress.BHW35 is taken as an example.It is proved that the simulated calculation data is close to that measured.It is the conclusion that the stress in welding center line changed little,the stress in HAZ became higher,and the value of stress in HAZ and the width of HAZ increased with increasing of the number of weld repaired.The weld residual stress by PWTH is discussed in order to prove that PWTH can really improve the distribution of stress.
