激光堆焊镍基碳化钨梯度焊层及耐磨机理分析

Gradient Hardfacing on the Laser Overlay Deposit Tungsten Carbide of the Nickel Matrix and Wearable Mechanism Analyze

  • 摘要: 首次提出用同轴同步送粉的激光堆焊方法在Q235钢基体表面制备工程厚度的WC梯度焊层。研制出可连续进行梯度焊层堆焊的激光枪,并分析了梯度焊层组织的特点、硬度的变化、基材熔深的控制。结果表明,精细控制送粉过程可以实现对熔深的控制,调整界面的成分。粉末成分的梯度变化使焊层的硬度、耐磨性、WC颗粒的分布呈梯度变化,获得以原始态WC颗粒为主的焊层。

     

    Abstract: It is first time that the WC gradient hardfacing with engineering thickness on the surface A3 steel matrix was made by means of synchronously sending powder through the same outlet with laser.The laser gun which has an ability of continuously and gradiently hardfacing was developed,and the characteristic,change of rigidity and control of fusion depth of the gradient hardfacing matrix were analyzed.The resnlts showed that control the process of fine sending powder can control the fusion depth and component of interface.A gradient change of the powder component can make the rigidity of the hardfacing,abrasion properties and granularity of WC grain change gradiently,and can hardfacing mainly consist of the WC grain.
