相关性理论在熔透控制测温点选择中的应用

Application of Relativity Theory for Choosing Fields of Temperature Measurement Points in Arc Welding Penetration Control

  • 摘要: 基于正面温度场信息进行背面熔宽控制是焊接研究的前沿领域,而实时控制时正面测温点的选择也是一个很重要的方面。本文在已建立的试件有限尺寸三维温度场解析模型的基础上,利用相关性原理同时考虑温度变化的灵敏度问题,同时还考虑实际焊缝的区域,定量地给出了控制背面熔宽时正面测温点的选择区域,提供了测温点的一般选择原则。

     

    Abstract: The penetration control is the domain field on welding research using topside temperature information of weldment,and the choosing of the top temperature measurement points is also regarded as an important task of the real time control.In this paper on the base of the established three dimentional analytical model in a plate of finite size with a Gaussian distributed moving heat source the choosing fields of top face temperature measuring points for control of the back face width is quantificationally obtained making use of the relativity theory and considering the temperature sensitivity and the seam width.The general principle of the choosing fields is provided,and the next penetration control can be based on it.
