熔化极脉冲电弧焊熔滴过渡特征光谱信息及其应用

The Characteristic Spectral Information of Droplet Transfer in Pulsed MIG Welding and It's Applications

  • 摘要: 熔化极脉冲焊大大提高了焊接过程中线能量输入和熔滴过渡的可控性,成为焊接界研究的热点。目前,熔化极脉冲电弧焊正向着熔滴过渡精确化控制的方向发展,但如何获取脉冲焊熔滴过渡特征信息问题一直没有得到很好的解决,因而难以实现熔滴过渡闭环控制。本文在此方面进行了多方尝试,通过对采样到的电弧光进行信号降维,从而得到高信噪比的反映熔滴过渡特征的光谱信息。试验结果表明:这一信息较直接采样而得到的电弧光强信号具有更为普遍的工艺适应性,稳定可靠,可以利用它进行采样和控制,文章最后给出了以此对脉冲焊熔滴过渡进行精确控制的结果。

     

    Abstract: Pulsed MIG welding,which has character of easy to control heat input and droplet transfer during arc-welding,has become the focus of research work.The problem is how to obtain the characteristic information of droplet transfer during welding,which has been still unsolved at present,as a result,it is difficult to control metal transition in loop way.After experiment in many ways,we finally get high Signal to Noise (SNR) spectral information of droplet transfer by the way of lowering the signal dimensions from pulsed MIG welding arc light.Results from our study show that the spectral information of droplet transfer is even more universal and stable under various condition of welding.At last,we has successfully efficiently controlled the droplet transfer of pulsed MIG welding and realized ODPP process using the spectral information.
