摘要: 基于水的介电常数远高于焊剂成分的基本结论,设计出电容传感器,测定了熔炼焊剂和烧结焊剂含水量与电容量之间的关系,分析发现符合反曲函数表达式。研究认为,水分子与焊剂颗粒表面的作用力是决定焊剂中水的介电常数的关键,直接影响着电容法测定焊剂含水量的灵敏度,作用力越小,灵敏度越高。提出饱和含水量是反映焊剂抗吸潮能力的一个指标。电容法测定焊剂含水量的方法,具有灵敏度高、操作方便、测量速度快的优点,适于工程上对焊剂含水量进行现场测量。Abstract: Based on the fact that the dielectric constant of water is even higher than that of constituents Of fluxes, a capacitance condenser for fluxes has been designed. Electrical capacitance of fused type and sintered type fluxes was measured and correlated with the actual moisture content. Throngh regression analysis, the measwring results can be expressed as sigmoidal functions.The bond between the surface of fluxes granules and water molecules play an important role in the dielectric method of moisture measurement, the weaker bond is, the higher sensitivity of measurement is. The saturated moisture contenthas a correlation with hygroscopicity of fluxes. The electrical capacitance method of measuring the moisture content of fluxes is highly sensitive, rapid and suitable for on site measurement.
