手弧堆焊Fe3Al堆焊层的组织形貌与抗氧化性能

Microstructures and Oxidation Resistance of Fe3Al Overlay by Manual Arc Surfacing

  • 摘要: 通过将Fe3Al合金制成焊条,使用手弧堆焊(MAS)方法,成功地在不锈钢基体上堆焊了Fe3Al堆焊层,并研究了Fe3Al合金的堆焊工艺、堆焊层的组织形貌及高温抗氧化性能。研究发现,由于Fe3Al合金本身的固有脆性,若不采用合适的热处理工艺时,堆焊层易开裂。当采用500℃预热基体,堆焊后700℃退火处理,则可得到无裂纹的Fe3Al堆焊层。堆焊层的Al含量在堆焊过程中损失较大,但不影响堆焊层的抗氧化性能。在静态空气炉中经800℃/70 h氧化试验后,不锈钢基体氧化十分严重,而Fe3Al堆焊层氧化很轻微,显现出极好的抗氧化性能。

     

    Abstract: Using Fe3Al electrodes by manual are surfacing, the Fe3Al alloy was successfully deposited on a stainless steel surface.The overlaying processes,microstructures and oxidation resistance properties have been investigated and the results show that because of the innate brittleness of Fe3Al, the Fe3Al overlay with no appropriate treatment tended to crack. After 500℃ preheating the matrix and 700℃postweld heat treatment, crack-free Fe3Al overlay can be obtained.The loss of Al element during the welding is relatively la rge, but it didnt impair the oxidation resistance of the Fe3Al overlay. After oxidized at 800℃ for 70 h in static air, the Fe3Al overlay was very slightly oxidized, but the oxidation of the stainless Steel matrix was severe.
