微机控制晶闸管逆变螺柱焊接电源

  • 摘要: 研制的晶闸管道变式螺柱专用焊接电源,主电路采用串联半桥逆变器,控制系统由MCS-51系列单片机控制。介绍了此种螺柱专用焊接电源的主电路原理,对其工作过程进行分析;还介绍了控制系统基本结构、电路及其工作原理,主要包括焊枪提升电磁铁电路、大小电流切换电路、键盘及显示器接口电路。给出了焊接主程序流程图,并通过试验数据对比,比较了专用螺柱焊机与普通式的焊接质量。此种微控焊接电源控制精度高、控制过程稳定、操作界面友好、人机对话方便。焊接螺柱直径最大可达φ12 mm,可以焊接有色金属螺柱和碳钢、低碳钢螺柱。在国内汽车(特别是轿车车身)生产中有着广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The developed SCR inverter type stud welding power source uses a series half-bridge inverter in the main circuit and is controlled by the MCS-51 microcomputer. Firstly,the main circuit priciple of this kind of stud special welding power source is introduced and the work procedure is analysed in this paper. Secondly, the basic structure, circuit and work priciple of the control system is introduced, which includes the electric magnet circuit for rasing welding torch, the switch circuit for changing electric current, keyboard and display unit interface circuit. Thirdly, the main programme chart of welding is given. Finally, the spectial stud welding power source is compared with the ordinary stud welding power source by testing. This kind of microcomputer-controlled stud welding power source has the following advantages: high control precision, stable control process,friendly operation surface and very convenient for man-machine conversation. The maximum stud diameter is 12 mm. It will have extensive practical prospects in the manufacture field of domestic cars.
