CO2电弧焊动态过程的MATLAB仿真研究

Simulation Study on Dynamic Process of CO2 Arc Welding with MATLAB

  • 摘要: 针对短路过渡型CO2电弧焊系统存在本质非线性的特点,采用目前国际控制领域内应用最广的MATLAB软件,建立了"弧焊逆变器-非线性负载"系统的数字仿真模型。该模型以组合图形方式,直观、有效地表征了各环节的特性。通过系统仿真定量地研究了CO2电弧焊动态过程,给出了负载电压、焊接电流随时间变化的仿真波形和短路过渡型CO2电弧焊系统的相平面图。应用德国产Hannover-XII型焊接过程动态分析仪所获得的实测数据与计算机仿真结果基本相符。从而为研制工艺适应性优良的新型弧焊逆变电源和定量分析非线性弧焊系统的动态过程提供了一个强有力的工具。

     

    Abstract: Based on intrinsic nonlinear characteristics of CO2 arc welding with short circuit transient, the digital simulation mode for the system consisted of inverter and nonlinear load is developed with MATLAB. The simulation mode directly indicates the features of the system by means of visual modeling graph. Waveform of main state variables in dynamic process of CO2 arc welding is given by simulation. And it is verified by experiment results which are obtained from the analyzer Hannover-XII made in Germany. MATLAB is a powerful tool for improving performances of arc welding inverter, and it is a new method for quantitative analysis in the dynamic process of nonlinear arc welding system.
