摩擦焊接头温度场二维轴对称瞬态数值模拟

2-D Axis Symmetry Numerical Simulation of Transient Temperature Field in Friction Welded Joint

  • 摘要: 采用交替方向隐式差分法对35号钢管摩擦焊接头二维轴对称瞬态温度场进行了数值模拟,利用热电偶测温技术对摩擦焊接头易测准部位的焊接热循环进行了计算机实时自动检测。结果表明,所建立的数学模型及计算结果是合理的并有助于制订合理的焊接工艺规范。

     

    Abstract: The alternating direction implicit finite difference method is used for two-dimensional axis symmetry numerical simulation of transient temperature field in friction welded joint of 0.35 per cent carbon tubular steel.The thermal cycle in some zones of friction welded joint i n which thermocouples be easily used was automatically measured by meams of computer real-time sampling.The results have shown that the mathematical mode founded and the calculating result are reasonable and helpful to determine correct welding specification.
