相贯线焊缝纵向收缩对法兰平面影响的数值分析

摘要: 应用数值分析方法研究圆柱形壳体相贯线焊缝对法兰平面度的影响,建立了分析相贯线焊缝所用的纵向收缩力模型;研究表明,圆柱形壳体上的相贯线焊缝将引起法兰平面沿圆周产生局部下凹,法兰平面在宽度方向上的倾斜不明显,数值分析结果与实验结果相吻合,证明了对于薄壁壳体上应用纵向收缩力模型分析相贯线焊缝引起焊接变形的正确性。Abstract: The effect of the perpenticular intersection weld between the two cylindrical shells is analyzed by the numerical method. The longitudinal shrinkage model is established to analyze the distortion of the perpendicular intersection weld. The result shows that the partial decending along the circumference of the flange plane is caursed by the perpendicular intersection weld between the two cylindrical shells, and the inclination along the width of the flange is not obvious. The calculated results coincide well with the experimental ones. It is proved that the longitudinal shrinkage model for analyzing the distortion of the perpendicular intersection weld is reasonable.
