高铬铸铁堆焊层组织对冲蚀磨损性能的影响

Influence of Structures of High-Cr White Iron Surfacing Deposits on Erosion Resistance

  • 摘要: 采用正交试验法研究了粘结焊剂中高碳铬铁、石墨、钼铁对埋弧堆焊层组织、硬度及耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响规律。堆焊层为亚共晶组织时,硬度低,耐冲蚀磨损性能差;共晶堆焊层硬度高,耐冲蚀性能有所提高;堆焊层为含有少量一次碳化物的过共晶组织时,硬度高,耐冲蚀磨损性能最好;一次碳化物过多时,虽然硬度高,但耐冲蚀磨损性能下降。试验得到了最佳粘结焊剂配方。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the orthonormal experiment is applied to study the influence of chromiumiron, graphite and molybdenumiron in the bonded flux on the microstructures and properties of the submerged arc surfacing deposits. Furthermore the effect of the microstructures of the surfacing depositon the hardness and the erosion resistance is summarized. When the microstructures of the deposits are hypoeutectic, the hardness and the erosion resistance of the deposits are low. Those of the eutectic deposits are high.Those of and the hypereutectic deposits with a small amount of CI are highest. Excessive CI will decrease the properties of the deposits. Finally the favorable directions for producing the bonded flux are obtained.
