白口铸铁焊补温度场的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field for Weld-repaired Zone of White Cast Iron

  • 摘要: 应用有限元方法建立了白口铸铁焊接接头焊补温度场的数学模型,对白口铸铁焊补温度场和热循环进行了分析。研究结果表明:焊后初期冷却速度很快(约400℃/s);焊补接头的温度分布极不均匀;热影响区中特别是靠近熔合区处存在较大的温度梯度,是焊接接头产生裂纹的重要因素。计算值与实测值进行了对比,结果基本吻合

     

    Abstract: Using the finite element method, a mathematical model of temperature field for weld-repaired zone of white cast iron is constructed, and temperature field and heat cycle are analyzed. It is shown that the cooling rate is fast at the beginning of cool-down(about 400℃/s),the temperature distribution of welded joint is non-uniform, and the maximum temperature gradient occurs in the area near weld fusion line, which may cause crack. In addition,the excellent agreement between the calculated and measured values is shown.
