氢在不同钢组织中的扩散

Diffusion of Hydrogen in Different Composition of Steel

  • 摘要: 用阴极电解充氢法,对预制塑性变形的退火、正火及淬火低碳钢板的充氢及逸氢过程进行了研究,回归出经验公式,计算出DE,以及D、ECav三者间的关系。结果表明:充氢时,CavD依退火、正火和淬火的的顺序增大,E则依次减小;逸氢时,Cav及E依上述顺序增大,D则依次减小。此外,随塑性变形量的增大,充氢时的Cav及D增大,E减小逸氢时,Cav及E增大,D减小。且CavDE三者间存在一定的数量关系,又随塑性变形量的变化呈现有规律的变化。计算值与试验值基本一致。

     

    Abstract: The solution and escape of hydrogen in annealing, normalizing and quenching steel were studied by means of elecrolysis-cathode-hydrogenating under the condition of plastic deformation. Some empirical formulas of diffusion were deduced by regressive method. Diftusivity, activation energy of diffusion, and relation between diffusivity, activation energy of diffusion, solubility were also calculated. The results indicate that solubility and diffusivity during the solution of hydrogen increase with the order of annealing, normalizing and quenching, and the activation energy of diffusion decreases with above mentioned order, but during the eseape of hydrogen. solubility, activation energy of diffusion increase with above mentioned order, and the diffusion redueees. Mathematical relation between solubility, diffusivity, activation energy of diffusion have been obtained, and their changes are dependent upon plastic deformation. Caloulated values agree with the tested results.
