Arbitrary Wavetorm Modulating System of Precise Spot Welding Power Source

  • 摘要: 对所研制的由8098单片机控制的MOSFET精密点焊电源的硬件及软件进行了介绍。该电源适用于桥带等金属箔、线件的精密点焊,通过对电流瞬时值的精确控制,可输出任意特殊及复杂形状的波形,从而使不同尺寸、材料的工件都可实现最佳电流波形点焊。该系统还采用一台工业PC机对焊接过程及各种参数进行监控和管理,进一步提高了焊接质量及自动化水平。实际焊接生产表明,该电源能够满足桥带高质量焊接的严格要求,是一种理想的精密点焊电源。

     

    Abstract: The hard ware and software of a developed 8098 single-chip microcomputer controlled MOSFET precise spot welding power source have been introduced in the paper. The power source can be used in precise spot welding of bridge band and others such as metallic foil and wire. It can delivers arbitrary special and complex current waveform by accurate controll of current instantaneous value. So that the welding of different dimensions and materials workpieces in optimum current waveform can be achieved. An industrial PC has been used to monitor and manage the welding process and various parameters. That raises welding quality and automatic level further. The actual welding production showed that the power source can meet the strict requirments of high quality bridge band spot welding and it is an ideal precise spot welding power source.
