传感器超前检测式焊缝自动跟踪系统的控制模型

Control Model of Seam Tracking System with Leading Sensor

  • 摘要: 本文就传感器超前检测式焊缝自动跟踪系统进行了深入的理论分析与仿真研究。在分析该系统跟踪过程运动关系的基础上,建立了系统的闭环控制关系图,并提出了其系统数学离散控制结构简化图。由此设计出的数字控制器可大幅度简化此系统的微机控制程序。数字仿真试验结果表明,此简化后的数字控制器性能优良,在对阶跃、斜坡、折线等偏差情况下的系统响应都能在2~3拍内达到准确跟踪。

     

    Abstract: Theoretical analysis and digital simulation of weld tracking system with a leading sensor are stated in this paper.Based on the analyzing of movement process of the tracking system,a loop control structure diagram of the system and its simplified digital dispersed control diagram are presented,which makes the microcomputer control program of the tracking system much simple.The results of simulation tests show that the above digital controller has good behavior and can respond to a variety of input signal exactly,such as a jump,a slope and a folded line signal,in 2~3 steps.
