相移式准谐振弧焊电源的建模与分析

Model and Analysis of Phase-Shifted Quasi-Resonate Arc Welding Power

  • 摘要: 主要阐述弧焊电源采用相移式准谐振即PS-QRC技术的电路结构及工作原理,详细分析相移控制式脉宽调制电路中采用的特殊电路的作用以及对变换器动态性能的影响。在Buck电路模型的基础上推出本系统的等效电路模型,并实际对比弧焊电源采用QRC(准谐振)与相应组成的PWM(脉宽调制)变换器动态性能的不同,通过试验证明了模型的预测。

     

    Abstract: The principle of PS-QR (Phase-Shifted Quasi-Resonate) circuit used for arc welding power source is discussed in the paper.Effect of some special circuit on the dynamics of PS converter are analyzed in details.Equalent circuit is drawn from buck converter.The paper explains the differences in the dynamic characteristics of the PS-PWM converter and its PWM counterpart.Model predictious are coufirmed by experimental measurements.
