SAW Seam Tracking System with Ultrasonic Sensor Using Fuzzy-P Control Theory

  • 摘要: 研制了一种非接触超声传感埋弧焊焊缝跟踪系统。介绍了新型的超声波传感器的工作原理,在焊缝跟踪系统中引入了自调整比例因子Fuzzy-P控制理论。在理论分析和试验的基础上,设计了焊缝跟踪Fuzzy-P控制器的硬件及软件,提高了系统的响应速度和跟踪精度。

     

    Abstract: One kind of the SAW seam tracking system with contactless ultrasonic sensor is presened.The working principle of a new ulrasonic sensor is explained.The Fuzzy-P control theory with Self-modulation scaling factor is applied in the seam tracking system.Based on the theoretical analysis and experiments,the hardware and software of the seam tracking Fuzzy-P controller are developed,which may significantly increase system's respones speed and tracking precisition.
