A New Method for Optimizing Welding Inverter Using Assisting Circuit

摘要: 提出了一种为优化手工逆变焊机而采用辅助电路的方案,通过采用辅助电路,可以达到降低主变压器和开关管的容量,减小短路引弧电流冲击,空载自动关机和提高整机效率等效果。文中对工作情况进行了具体分析,试验结果证明了结论的正确性。Abstract: This paper presents a new method to optimize inverter-type Welders by using an assisting circuit. Such effects can be achieved as reducing the capacity of main transformer and the current rating of switching elements. The surging current during igniting arc by short-circuit is also decreased. The main circuit can be turned off automatically at empty load and thus the efficiency is enhanced. The work mechanism for the method is discussed in detail in this paper and the conclusion is proved by experiment results.
