Touch Igniting Control of GTAW Automatic Welding Machine for End Girth Welding

  • 摘要: 小电流GTAW焊接过程中,引弧的可靠性及质量是关键技术之一。本文描述了接触短路引弧机理及其相应的控制技术,并提出了4个技术参数:接触短路时间、短路电流、引弧电流和引弧电流加入的时刻。

     

    Abstract: During GTAW Process with lower welding current, the reliability and quality of arc ignition are seen as one of key technologies. This paper discusses the mechanism of the contact-short-arc ignition and its control technology, in which the following four technical factors are put forward:contact-short time, contact-short current, arc igniting current and its put time point.
