手工焊条熔敷金属化学成分微机辅助预测
Computer Aided Predication of Deposited Metal Composition under Shielded Metal Arc Welding

摘要: 从手工焊焊接冶金过程气氛中吸入的氧量以及渣与金属平衡问题研究入手,利用微机对熔敷金属化学成分进行推算,从而可预测不同渣系下药皮配方和不同焊接规范下的熔敷金属主要成分。计算结果与实测结果比较吻合,从而证明了这种计算思路是可行的。Abstract: Main composition of weld metal under the circumstance of different directions of coating mixture and different welding conditions can be predicated by using computer to calculate the composition of deposited metal, based on the quantity of oxygen extracted from the atmosphere during welding process and the equilibrium between slag and metal phases. It is proved that the calculation is feasible because the calculated results are identical with the measured ones.
