正态分布焊接热源三维温度场的解析计算

Three-dimensional Goussian Distributed Heat Flaw Calculation

  • 摘要: 推导出直流和脉冲焊时移动"正态-圆形分布"热源焊接δ板厚无限大平面的三维温度场解析计算公式,并通过对1mm18-8不锈钢薄板直流和脉冲TIG焊的焊缝正、反面宽度进行计算和实测,验证了其公式的正确性,其平均误差为4.92%。

     

    Abstract: A three-dimentional solusion for heat conduction in an infinite plate of finite thickneses δ,with a Gaussian distributed moving heat source,was obtained for both DC and pulsed welding.Welds were made on 18-8 stainless steel of 1mm thick by both DC and pulsed TIG welding.Both calculated front and back side weld widths were compared with real one,and the average error is 4.92%.
