焊接电弧引弧机理的探讨

Mechanism of Starting Arc in Welding

  • 摘要: 应用气体放电原理对弧焊引弧过程进行理论探讨,根据电弧焊极不均匀电场特点,应用电子崩、空间电荷和流柱等概念,解释了引弧过程中出现的现象,得出了影响电弧焊引弧的因素,对于改善引弧性能及开发引弧新方法具有一定的理论价值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the mechanism of starting arc pogress is probed and analyzed with the gas discrage theory.According to the characteristic of the electric field pattern which is not uniformed very well in welding gap,the emerged phenomenon on starting arc is explained in the concept of the avalanche,the space charge and the streamer,and the factors affecting the process of starting arc are obtained. The principle is of an importance value for improving the property and developing the new method of the starting arc.
