Mathematical Model of Spot Welding for Quality Control

  • 摘要: 阐述了在点焊质量控制过程中,控制对象数学模型的建立过程及计算结果。文中就点焊质量控制中的动态功率因数角法进行了研究,并利用过程辩识理论建立了控制对象的数学模型,得出了以可控硅触发角为输入量,以动态功率因数角变化率为输出量的系统传递函数,为点焊质量控制系统的设计提供了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: The paper deals with the establishment of mathematical model of spot welding for quality control. The power factor method of quality control for spot welding is studied,and the mathematical model of controlled object is established based on the theory of process discrimination.Transfer function of spot welding has been developed in this paper,which takes SCRs control angel as input qaulity and change rate of dynamic power factor as output quantity.This lays a theoritical foundation for design of spot welding quality contyol system.
