Simulation Study on Preheating Process of Pulse Flash Butt Welding

  • 摘要: 根据DQ-1型管道脉冲闪光对焊机动态频率特性试验,采用改进的LEVY法进行辨识,得出焊机控制系统的稳定模型,并采用闭环数字仿真方法研究了焊机主要控制参量对闪光预热过程的影响。工艺试验结果表明,用仿真研究方法得出的结果与试验结果相吻合,从而可以大大地减少昂贵、耗时的试验工作量。这一模型辨识和系统仿真程序具有一定的通用性。

     

    Abstract: The stable identified model is developed with the improved LEVY algorithm based upon the dynamic frequency character test of DQ-1 pulse flash butt weling machine. The influence of the changes of welding parameters on the welding preheating process is investigated by computer simulation method.Welding experiments show that the prediction of simulation has a good agreement with the experimental observition. Therefore, a great number of expensive experiments are avoided.
