Theoretical Model and Signal Processing of Arc sensor

  • 摘要: 首先根据有关气体保护焊电源电弧系统的现有理论推导出导电嘴至工件距离H与电弧电流I之间关系的静态及动态理论模型,并由试验数据回归得出模型参数。进而提出通过平均电流控制焊炬高低位置、电弧高速扫描坡口的电流变化来控制焊炬横向位置的电弧传感及闭环控制方案。着重研究了对于干扰严重的实际电流波形如何进行滤波,以及判断焊炬焊缝横向高低偏差的最佳信息处理方法以提高灵敏度可靠性与稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the theoretical model describing the static and dynamic relation between the arc current and contact tip to workpiece distance was set up on the basis of gas shielded metal are welding theory. The method to determine the parameters in the model with experiments was studied. It results in a new way of detecting and controlling the vertical position of the torch with the mean current and the transversal position against the welding seam by the swing current of a high speed rotating scanning arc. In the case of a real arc current with great disturbance, the filter and the optimized judgement of position error signal of torch to the welding bead were studied in detail, which aimed at improving the sensitivity, stability and reliablity of the arc sensor.
