A Regression Model of Weld Bead Geometry for Pulsed MAG Welding in Multipositions

  • 摘要: 通过正交试验设计和统计学的方法建立了空间位置脉冲MAG焊焊缝成形的回归数学模型,该模型较准确地刻划了焊接工艺参数、焊缝空间位置姿态以及焊缝形状尺寸与焊缝成形的关系。该数学模型可用于焊缝成形质量的监测与控制,也可用于焊接规范的优化设计。

     

    Abstract: By the statistic method and central composite design experiments, this paper established a weld bead geometry regression model for pulsed MAG welding in multipositions. This mathematical model describes the relations between the weld bead geometry and the welding conditions, the seam positions and the seam gap width. It can be used for monitoring and controlling welding quality, and also be used for optimizing welding conditions.
