Arc Stability of Aluminium Alloy Pulsed MIG Welding

  • 摘要: 对SAlSi5和SAlMg5两种铝合金焊丝的熔化特性和不同电源外特性对脉冲MIG焊电弧稳定性的影响进行了分析,提出了有效地控制薄板铝合金脉冲MIG焊接工艺方法。

     

    Abstract: The melting property of two type aluminium alloy wires (SAlSi5 and SAlMg5) and the effects of different external characteristic on the arc stability of pulsed MIG welding are analysed. Also an effective methods controlling welding technology f aluminium alloy sheet pulsed MIG welding are put forward.
