稀土氧化物和激光熔敷对复合合金喷涂层耐磨性的影响

Effect of Rare-earth Oxide and Laser Remelting Technique on Wear Resistant of Composite Alloy Flame Spray Coating

  • 摘要: 研究了稀土氧化物CeO2和激光熔敷对不同成分NiCrBSi-WC复合合金喷涂层的组织和摩擦磨损性能的影响。运用XRD和EDS技术,分析了激光熔敷复合合金覆层的成分分布特征和相组成。结果表明:稀土氧化物不但可以改善激光熔敷层的组织形态,而且可以显著提高干摩擦磨损状态下的耐磨性,并有一定的减摩效果。

     

    Abstract: The effect of rare-earth oxide and laser remalting technique was investigated upon microstructure and wear resistance of flame spray NiCrBSi-WC composite alloy coatings.Determinations were carried out on microhardness, chemical element distribution and phase structure. Results showed a higher degree improvement of phase morphology and an increment of wear resistance of laser remelting coatings by adding rare-earth oxide, i. e. cerium oxide,and a certain effect of reducing friction of laser remelting coatings is also obtained by above mentioned method.
