管体摩擦焊摩擦变形阶段界面污物自清除的估算

Expelling Interfacial Contamination Puring Equilibrium Torque Stage of Friction Welding in Tubular Form

  • 摘要: 要通过对连续驱动摩擦焊连接机制的认识,提出了以摩擦界面污物自清除率作为评价摩擦付焊接头质量"优"、"劣"的方法,并以此为基础,结合管结构摩擦焊的特点,分析了摩擦变形过程中摩擦界面及近界面塑性区金属质点的运动规律,建立了平衡扭矩阶段界面污物清除率的数学模型,给出了二次参数一塑性区宽度(ho)的估算法。结合35#钢两组焊接参数匹配情况,解剖测定了其塑性区宽度,并与理论预测结果进行了比较,二者吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: According to the bonding mechanism of continuous drive friction welding, a new method which can evaluate the quality of welded joint by using the rate of expeiling interfacial contamination has been proposed. And then, on the besis of the frictional weling features for tubular form and the above idea, the movement of metal particls within the plastic zone during equilibrirm torque stage in friction welding has been analysed. A model on the rate of interfacial contamination removement has been construced. Two groups of friction welding parameter were applied for 35 mild steel tubular specimen,and the width of plastic zone in the joint of spadmen has been measured by using metallgraphic exannnation; The predital asults and expexerimantal values of the plastic widths are good agreement.
