一种防止高强铝合金焊接热裂纹产生的新方法

A new method for prevention of weld hot cracking

  • 摘要: 从焊接热裂纹产生的力学角度出发,首次提出了防止焊接热裂纹产生的焊缝两侧随焊同步碾压法,并阐述了该法的基本原理。在自行研制的HNJ-1型焊接同步碾压机上,研究了该法对防止高强铝合金LY12CZ焊接热裂纹的有效性。理论分析和大量试验结果一致表明,采用这一新方法可以有效地防止高强铝合金LYI2CZ焊接热裂纹的产生。

     

    Abstract: Based on the mechanical aspect of formation of hot cracks in weldments, a new method, accomplished by Synchronous Rolling During Welding (SRDW) along both sides of the weld at a suitable distance behind the welding arc, and its theory have been developed for preventing weld from hot cracking. With the specially developed HNJ— 1 type welding and synchronous rolling machine, experiments were performed to investigate the effectiveness and feasibility of this method. Both theoretical calculation and experiment results show that weld hot cracking in LY12CZ aluminium alloy can be very effectively prevented by the new method. It is an important new solution for prevention of weld hot cracking in welding of sheet metals.
