摘要: 本文实现了自动从PCE的CAD磁盘文件中获取焊点位置、类型信息,为实现表面组装激光软钎焊的过程自动化确立了必要的条件。同时还给出了焊点路径优化的一种方案。

Abstract: A Computer program has been developed in this paper,by which the information of solder joints can be automatically obtained from the PCB's CAD file,and this is a one of the preconditions for automation of the SMT laser soldering process.One method optimizing the soldering path has also been put forward.
