低合金高强钢20Mn2WNbB焊接热模拟粗晶区组织与性能

Structure and property of coarse-grained zone in weld of a high strength low alloy 20Mn2WNbB steel studied by thermal simulation

  • 摘要: 利用焊接热模拟手段和扫描电镜、透射电镜技术、电子衍射和X射线衍射等方法研究了国产新型高强钢焊接热影响区(MAZ)粗晶区的组织和性能。发现随800至500℃冷却时间t8/5的增长,该区的冲击韧性(ak)亦下降。t8/5<180s时,ak下降主要是由于富碳的M-A组成物的增加;t8/5>180s时,ak下降主要是由于贝氏体的铁素体板条粗化。另外发现M-A组成物的精细结构也随t8/5的增长而变化。

     

    Abstract: The coarne-grained zone in the HAZ of a new high strength steel weld was studied using thermally simulated specimens with an experienced thermal cycle representative of that zone. The structure and property of the specimens were then studied by means of SEM, TEM, as well as electron and X-ray diffraction techniques.It was found that with the increase of cooling time from 800℃ to 500℃(t8/5),the impact toughness(ak)of the specimens decreases.When t8/5<180s, the deteriordtion of ak is caused with the increase of the carbon-enriched M-A constituent content;and when t8/5>180s, the coarsening of ferrite laths in the bainitic structure is responsible for the degradation of ak. It was also found that the fine structure of the M-A constituent varies with t8/5
