摘要: 本文应用电子扫描试验技术及能谱分析方法,从不同工艺条件下生产的镀钢焊丝的表面分析入手,揭示了焊丝表面的形貌,研究和分析了产生缺陷的原因。结果表明,拉拔过程中的固体润滑剂的性能直接影响着表面质量,在此基础上研制出较为理想的长链双分子层结构纽带型润滑剂,提高了润滑的多种性能,本文还对润滑剂尼厚度进行了理论计算,并对各物理因素对厚度的影响进行了分析讨论,提出了一种润滑膜厚度的试验分析方法。Abstract: In this paper the electronic scanning technique and energy spectrum analysis have been employed to analyze the surface of the copper plated welding wire produced under different technological conditions with a viwe to studing the morphology of wire and the cause of defect occurring. The ressults show that the propcrties of the solid lubricant used during drawing exerts a direct influence on the wire surface quality. On this basis、a more satisfactory twistincss bele lubricant with bilaver is devcloped.This lubricant can improve many of the properties of lubricating film,This paper has also made a the orctical calculation of the thickness of lubricating film as well as an analysis and discussion on the physical factors affecting the thickness.The authors suggest a method to test and analyze the thickness of lubricating film.
