可控硅整流电源的研制

Development of SCR power supply for arc welding

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了可挂硅整流电源的研制成果。在针对可控硅整流电源的可靠性、工艺性及经济性等问题进行分析及参考国外多种焊机的基础之上,研制成功一种比较理想的可控硅整流电源。试验结果表明,该电源具有良好的稳定性及动特性,焊接工艺性能优良,能够很好地满足各种焊接位置的需要。

     

    Abstract: A new SCR power supply for arc welding is introduced in this paper.On the basis of analysing the reliability,technological and economic problems of the welding rectifier and studying many welding machines overseas,a perfect SCR controlled arc welding power supply is developed.The test results show that this power supply exhibits good dynamic and static characteristics and satisfactory welding behaviour,therefore it can perfectly fulfil the requirements for welding in various positions.
