高强韧性焊条的研究
Development of a high-toughness covered electrode for high strength steels

摘要: 本文采用计算机辅助设计(CAD)的方法,研制出一种低合金高强韧性焊条。其熔敷金属的塑性和低温韧性高,韧脆转变温度和无塑性转变温度低,扩散氢含量少,抗冷裂纹能力强,焊接工艺性能良好,是与686MPa级低合金高强钢匹配的优良焊接材料,适于焊接重要焊接结构。Abstract: By means of CAD a high-toughness covered electrode has been developed. The deposited metal of the covered electrode is characterized by its high plasticity and low temperature toughness, low temperatures of brittle point and nil ductility transition, low level of diffusible hydrogen, strong resistance to cracking and good technological properties in welding. It is a quality welding electrode matching the HSLA steel with 686MPa strength level, suitable for welding important constructions.
