接合面氧化物夹杂对高频电阻焊管韧性的影响

Effect of oxide inclusions in joint interfaces of high-frequency electrical resistance welded pipes

  • 摘要: 针对四种高频直缝电阻焊管,通过对焊接接头组织性能的详细分析,表明接合面的夹杂物是恶化焊接接头韧性、特别是低温韧性的主要因素,另外,通过对高频电阻焊管工艺的讨论,指出选择纯净的母材,适宜的焊接工艺及规范参数等能显著减少焊接接合面的夹杂物,获得高韧性焊管。

     

    Abstract: The present study was focused on four kinds of high-frequency electrical resistance welded (HF ERW) pipes with straight seam. By investigating the microstructure and behaviour of welded joint, it is shown that oxide inclusion in joint interfaces is the main factor causing toughness deterioration in electrical resistance welding, especially the low temperature toughness. Moreover, the selection of clean base materials and proper welding technology and welding parameters can substantially decrease the inclusion in joint interfaces so as to obtain HF ERW pipes with high toughness.
