熔渣的微观组织结构对焊条脱渣的影响

Influence of microstructural appearances of slag on detachability of electrode

  • 摘要: 采用光镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射等手段观察和分析了TiO2-CaO-SiO2系不锈钢焊条熔渣的微观织形态及特性,结合区域内焊条的脱渣性试验,对比和分析了熔渣的微观组织结构对脱渣性的影响。研究认为,熔渣微观组织的方向性和连续性是影响其脱渣的主要因素;渣中的自由体氧化物和细小交错的羽毛状晶是导致焊缝金属表面产生黑斑粘渣的根本原因。

     

    Abstract: The microstructural appearances of the slag of stainless steel electrodc and their influence on slag detachability have been studied by means of SEM., XRD. and optical microscope. It has been known that the dire ctivity and continuity of microstructural appearanccs of the slags are important factors of slag detaching; the free oxides and the fine crisscross structures are mainly cause of the slagadhesion on the weld.
