超低空载晶体管弧焊电源的研制

Development of transistor arc welding power source with super-low open circuit voltage

  • 摘要: 本文利用集电极最大电流为30A的大功率晶体管研制成功了新型的接触引弧式超低空载晶体管弧焊电源,其空载电压U0≤20V。对以霍尔元件为基的均流恒流控制系统,建立了数学模型,进行了理论分析,并在此基础上提出了完善措施。设计了对电源空载电压和电源外特性实时控制的接触引弧控制系统,利用非稳态的陡升外特性使电弧由钨极提起时的微弧迅速发散到焊接电流的稳定状态。从而保证了接触引弧的方便可靠。最后提供的焊机调试结果表明,焊机的均流恒流性能优良,接触引弧方便可靠,无沾粘,焊接电弧稳定。

     

    Abstract: A new touch igniting transistor arc welding power source with super-low open circuit voltage (U0≤20V) has been developed successfully by using large power transistors (Icm=30A). Mathamatical model for average and constant current control system based on Hall element is established and analysed, and the improvement of the system is propounded. The designed touch igniting control system is suitable for real time control of the open circuit voltage and the output characteristic of the power source. In order to accelerate the divergence from initial micro-arc to stable welding arc, the system has an unstable precipitous arising characteristic, and so that it makes touch igniting convenient and reliable. The presented results showed that this power source has excellent average and constant current properties, stable welding arc, and the touch igniting is convenient, reliable and no contaiminate.
