铝合金等离子弧立焊穿孔熔池稳定建立条件

Forming conditions of keyholing puddle in aluminium alloy during vertical-up syncrowave A.C. PAW process

  • 摘要: 采用工频方波交流电源配合电流、离子气流量控帛器,研究了6mm厚铝合金等离子弧穿孔立焊熔池稳定建立条件,结果表明,采用离子气流量递增或电流递增,或者离子气流量和电流联合递增均可获得良好的穿孔过程和穿孔熔池,但以离子气流量和电流联合递增的效果最佳。文中还从理论上阐明了不同穿孔熔池的成因,并给出了不同的穿孔类型。

     

    Abstract: The forming conditions of stable keyholing puddle in the aluminium alloy plate with the thtickness of 6.0mm during vertical-up A.C. PAW process has been studied in this paper by the SYNCROWAVE-300(s) welding power source associated with the welding current and plasma gas flow controllers. It shows that the stable keyholing process and the better keyholling puddle can be acquired by incresing plasma gas flow or welding current, but only through increasing both welding current and plasma gas flow can the result be the best. The reasons of forming different keyholing puddles and the modes of the different keyholes have been also presented in the paper.
