机器人场效应管式弧焊逆变器性能研究

MOSFET invertor characteristics of robot arc welding system

  • 摘要: 研究了机器人场效应管式弧焊逆变器的电气性能(外特性、动特性)和弧焊工艺性能,并着重对其逆变主电路电流、电压波形、管组功耗进行分析研究,以及探讨如何采用不同形状的外特性曲线与合理设计电子电抗器的电参数,从而提高弧焊机器人对不同工件开关、不同弧焊方法的适应性,实现贫飞溅的焊接。研究试验表明,这种新型的机器人弧焊逆变器可以使机器人高效优质等优越性更加充分发挥出来。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the electrical characteristics (static and dynamic) of the Robot MOSFET Arc Welding Invertor and its arc welding technological properties. Emphases are laid on the analyses of the current and voltage wavefonns of the main circuit as well as the energy loss of the MOSFETs. The different static characteristic curves and parameters of electrical reactance are also discussed. The experimental results show that this new type invertor can improve the adaptability of the weldng robot, and makes less spatter during arc welding.
