Numerical analysis on force-amplification mechanism of welding tongs in spot-welding robots

  • 摘要: 本文用计算机数值计算法分析了点焊机器人焊钳扩力机构的扩力系数K随电报头磨损量s的变化关系,并依此对扩力机构进行优化设计,满足了机器人点焊工作的实际要求。
    Abstract: The relatioship between the force-amplifying coefficient K and the electrode wearing value S of the force-amplifying mechanism of welding tongs in spot-welding robots was analysed by computer numerical analysis method, and optimum designing was done for the force-amplifying mechanism accordingly. So, the practical requirements of the spot-welding robots were met.
