新型单片机环缝TIG焊控制系统

New circumferential TIG welding control system based on single chip microcomputer

  • 摘要: 为了满足超薄板环缝焊接的需要,研制开发了一种新型的以单片计算机为核心的环缝焊机控制系统.该控制系统具有下列特点:(1)在焊接逻辑顺序控制中,各手动操作之间采取了排它性设计,手动与自动操作之间采取了兼容性设计,消除了手动操作之间、手动与自动操作之间的相互影响及其造成的系统误动作,从而充分保证了控制系统的工作可靠。(2)采用了新型的接触引弧技术。这种引弧法不仅没有对电子线路干扰危害极大的高频高压引弧脉冲,而且引弧可靠,钨棒污染极小。(3)利用数理统计法进行弧长控制。使控制系统不仅有极佳控制性能,而且结构简单,抗干扰能力强。

     

    Abstract: To meet the needs of the thin sheet circumferential TIG welding,a new control system based on the single chip microcomputer has been developed. The System has the following characteristics: (1) In welding sequence control, exclusive design rules have been used for manual operations and inclusive disign rules have been used for manual-automatic mixture operation. By this means the wrong actions of the system caused by interinfluencc in manual operations and between manual and automatic operations have been eliminated and the reliability of the system has been fully guaranteed. (2) New touchable arc starting technique has been developed and used in the system. The technique is not only without high choping frequency and high voltage arc starting pulses which can distirb and destroy electronic circuits, but also dependable in arc starting and little pollution on tungsten electrode and workpiece. (3) The arc length control of the System is based on the principal of statistics. It makes the system excellent in control performance, simple in electronic circuit and strong in disturbance resistance.
