焊接线能量对15MnVN钢插销临界应力的影响

Effect of welding heat input on critical implant stress of 15MnVN steel

  • 摘要: 用Ar+20%CO2气体保护焊方法对15MnVN钢进行插销试验,试验结果表明,焊接线能量在15~40kJ/cm范围内,插销试样的临界应力高于15MnVN钢的屈服极限,高于用J507焊条及J557MoV焊条手工焊的插销临界应力。若使15mVN钢焊接热影响区获得最佳的组织及最好的抗裂性能,焊接线能量应选择20~30kJ/cm.

     

    Abstract: Implant tests were conducted on l5MnVN steel using Ar+20%CO2 gas shielded welding process.The test results have shown that when the welding heat input is in the range of l5~40kJ/cm the critical stresses of the implant specimen are all above the yielding strength of l5MnVN steel and are higher than that of the specimen welded with J507 and J557MoV welding electrodes.A welding heat input of 20~30kJ/cm should be chosen so as to make the heat-affected zone of 15MuVN steel have the optimum microstructure and good resistance to cracking.
